Notes:	Must bring online completion certificates from www.onlineaha.org. If you are coming in for skills only or the fast track: Please remember to bring your AHA online course completion certificate with you to your hands-on skills session.

The skills session is for those that have already completed the online class, but did not purchase the AHA HeartCode online course from Bayside CPR & AED Training Center.  The hands-on skills session meets the requirements for HeartCode parts II & III.  Your provider card will be issued upon successful completion of your skills session.
